A means to an Enzo

 I also made my own whisker strips to keep prying eyes from looking through the trunk hinge slot. That's something I've always felt could be improved. |

I think it gives a nice finished look but I'm sure for everyone that agrees with me there'll be an equal number that think it looks just plain ugly. It doesn't matter.
The embossed door has a push-to-open latch like a stereo cabinet has. Unfortunately it now sticks from the garage door ordeal and won't open without help from a pry bar.

 The trunk was together and looking finished (even though it needs more work) for the show on Saturday. Project33 shared the spotlight with a Ferrari Enzo, inside the building. That was a great place to be considering it was cold and rainy all day. |

 Did you know it costs $5000 for an oil change on your Enzo? How about $25k/wheel for a brake job? That's a cool 100 grand for those of you that hate math. They're very fragile and this one (as most are that are driven) is on its second engine. The engine's a bargain at 265k but if it only lasts a couple thousand miles, I'd rather have my trusty 700HP Sehr Performance small block.
Project33's stereo sounds great! It's not a super thumper but it has a clean and transparent sound with clean tight bass. It's just loud enough to drown out the engine while cruising. Not like the stereo belonging to the guy walking in the previous picture. He had a mega thousand watt system in an SUV with multiple 15-inch woofers and an array of other components. It shook the building when it was parked outside! When I cautioned him about hearing loss, he said (huh?) that the frequency range he was losing (below 60hz) won't be needed in his future. Talk about twisted logic. That's kind of like warning someone that they should stop staring at the sun because they'll go blind and them saying "that's okay, I don't need that part of my vision. I'll still be able to see shadows and that's all the really matters".
